On Monday, April 4, 2011 Embrace Girls spent the morning with a speciality unit, the Miami Dade Police Department Agriculture Patrol getting a rare up close and personal lesson in the field about their work and challenges then off to Knaus Berry Farms where they picked Strawberries and enjoyed a picnic lunch followed by an afternoon Movie, HOP.

On Saturday the temperature dipped to 20 degree's but the girls were off and running at 7am for an early morning call to the NBC Today Show for a chance at a live shot during the morning show which was a mission accomplished with an interview to boot. From there, the group hoped on their Double Decker Bus to Tour the City with their host for the day Kamie Crawford, Miss Teen USA...

After a brief bite they were off again to theShubert Theater for the matinee performance of the Tony Award Winning Best Play of The Year, "MEMPHIS"  and after show talk-back and meet and greet with the show's cast followed by Sunday Brunch a the World Famous SYLVIA'S SOUL FOOD RESTAURANT
